Return & Exchange Policy

At Enzemble.in, we take pride in the quality and care put into each of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and while we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges in the event of a damaged item.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following condition:

The product is received in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect.
You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind. No refunds will be issued—only exchanges for the same product or a similar product of equal value (based on availability).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for a damaged item:

Email us at madhurmohindroo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Photos or video clearly showing the damage
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will respond within 48 hours to verify and process your return.

3. Exchange Process

Once the return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the damaged item.
After inspection and approval of the returned item, we will ship the replacement product.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal value.

4. Important Notes

Products must be returned in their original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Enzemble.in reserves the right to deny exchange requests if the returned product does not meet our return conditions.
No cash or payment refunds will be processed under any circumstance.
