1. Shipping Information

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (as specified on the website).


2. Exchanges Only – No Returns or Refunds

At Enzemble, we do not offer returns or refunds. We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Conditions

  • You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Accessories and personal items

  • Customized or altered products


3. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at madhurmohindroo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include:

    • Your full name and contact details

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you want to exchange

    • Reason for the exchange

    • Clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item and choosing a replacement.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at madhurmohindroo@gmail.com.

  • Provide photos showing the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost if the claim is verified.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
